As an Industrial Designer passionate about the intersection of technology and design, Blake thrives on driving innovation by implementing the latest hardware solutions, building iterative prototypes, and employing an empathetic design approach.

Blake started his industrial design career at Leon Speakers in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where he created a variety of products for the audio-visual industry such as speakers, lights, and TV furnishings. ​From there, he worked with Solberg Design, a design firm based in Milwaukee, while collaborating with various companies on medical research devices, commercial food service equipment, and hospitality supplies.

Currently, Blake works for Thermos in Chicago, Illinois, where he designs drinkware and various food storage products.

 

He never turns down a strong coffee or an opportunity to collaborate. ​
